Sliding sideways from a known reality
Saddened by the change
Invigorated by the new challenges
Restrained, by my self indulgence
Life moves in such mysterious ways
Rolling with the flow
Facing the new trials head on
Moving slowly forward
Normalcy will return again soon
Until then, I wait
Looking forward to the return
To a new and illuminated future
