What I wouldn't do
To be in your arms now
To hear your heartbeat 
As I lay my head
On your chest
To hear your sighs
Of contentment  
As I caress your skin 
With my fingertips
I then tilt my head
Ever so slightly
To receive your 
Passionate kisses
You hold me close 
You hold me tight
I kiss your neck
So gentle and soft
All the while
I whisper sweet promises
And secret dreams and wishes
In your ear
You hold me tighter
And closer
As you hear everything
I tell you
You smile 
Ever so slightly
You tell me you love me
I love you too
I tell you
That you are
My soulmate
And 
My one true love
Your smile gets bigger
I see all the emotions
In your loving eyes
The emotions 
That were once
Taken from you
Emotions 
You haven't had 
For oh so long
I gave them back to you
I had stirred them in your heart
You can feel again
You can truly  love again
You kiss me so sweetly
So deeply
So long
You say
I love you so much
I say 
I love you just as much
My love
My heart
