Anger is destructive
Volatile
Seductive
Beckons you to get out of control
Cradles your soul
Knows no bounds
Drowning in the profound

Then you play the tune
To get out of the deep
Go back to sleep
Start counting sheep
So you will weep
Less
Feeling less distressed
And stressed
Hoping that God will bless
And get you out of the mess
You got yourself in
When will it end?
Why is it so easy to give in?

Peace
For my mind
Can’t define
The intensity of the situation
Because this sensation
Is just too much
Peace
I need your touch
I love you so much
Lean on you like a crutch
Hold me up
Don’t let me fall
Need your help
Through it all
Can’t you hear me call?

I hea' you ~

Hi Sweetie,
Ohhh so very true,ANGER a bad... bad... bad...bad 5 letter word...
that not only destroys those around us but destroys us much quicker in the inside...the positive energy in our Energy field shall trump over...and PEACE is what the end result is...
Keep that pen a rollin' Remarkable piece...

Thanks Terrie

It's so easy to get angry. And I know it's not healthy. Life helps bring out the emotions sometimes, considering what we deal with as individuals.
