Rainy Sunday Thinking Of You
18 June, 2012
Author: Leah
Just a rainy Sunday
Thinking about and missing you
Rain falling
Outside my window
Cold air blowing in
Wishing things didn’t end the way they did
I know I shouldn’t be missing you
But baby I guess I really do
I miss the comfort of your voice
Your warm embrace
And the loving expression that always
Laid across your face
Baby I guess I miss you
Hard to admit
But as these tears continue to fall
So does the rain
And I feel the wind against my skin
And I Listen to the rain falling in
And I reminisce about the memory of us
But I’m left cold with the warm memory of your face
A feeling my heart will never erase
The things that hurts the most is
I was the one who ended our love
Now I’m sitting here alone
Rain falling down to the beat of my tears
Left lonely with only the memory
Of your face
A feeling my heart
Will never erase
