What Friendship Is
13 May, 2002
Author: Elizabetta
Friendship is;
a smile safe
as the early morning sunrise
Friendship is;
paitently waiting,
while your friend changes like the moon
Friendship is;
singing aloud to the radio
way off tune
Friendship is;
knowning when to tell a friend
they've gone too far
Friendship is;
swimming in a deep sea
of laughter
Friendship is;
wading together through the grief
and tears
Friendship is;
a sanctuary
from all life's troubles and strife
Friendship is;
a different perspective
diving into your souls darkest spots
Friendship is;
running recklessly
through the crazy maze of life
Friendship is;
a guide post
keeping you on track toward your goal
Friendship is;
undefinable, undeniable
hold on tight, but don't fear letting go

It marks it right on the spot on how a TRUE friendship is like. At my high school these days, you can't find that anywhere! Great poem though.......Oncore! Oncore! (lol) :@ |
