The Cure Called Laughter
3 May, 2013
Author: Newage Caveman
All the things in this world
Wither with time as they age
But, laughter lights up the moment
Giving present the needed courage
Laughter is therapeutic
Laughter heals the being
Laughter makes our souls smile
Laughter removes our suffering
A man who laughs at himself
Draws people closer to him
Who does not like a jester?
A jester who smiles from within
Laughing at things that went wrong
As we meander through the river of life
We realize that the rough tides were meant to make us laugh
Make us laugh amidst the strife
Happy souls are those people
People who know the price of laughter
Laughing at troubles as they emerge
They know how to live their lives smarter
Laughter heals the body from inside
It indeed is the best medicine
What's not gained by brooding
Is earned by a chuckle above the chin.
So, laugh when you feel like laughing
Your troubles will vanish in thin air
What seemed for years like a suffering
Will melt like the snow as you snicker..
