Places Of Fun
10 August, 2013
Author: Dino Hi
We hooked up so many years ago
Gone to many places of fun
You carried the load where ever we go
Together through the curves and bends as one
But our light is going out
It is corroding at it's base
The flow of the juice of life is a shout
How come I can't fix this in any case
I've tried and tried and now tired
Hours frustrated over and over the same thing
I've tested my patience and it's expired
Can I solve the problem with a phone ring
Places of fun can someday be achieve
As we fuse what we once had
I know we will get there I believe
The lights will shine brightly from my cab
------- Author's Notes -------
Confound it! Been working on my truck and trailer for 8 days, re-wiring, new lights and blowing fuses & the wallet is still out. 4 separate places for fuses, and the one I needed was 2, way up high by the steering column behind a spaghetti of wires. Smart? Places of fun? Please, let there be light? |
