What If

Author: Crayton
If i could be in a room full of your thoughts
could i find me on your mind? Like a rose from
a season now past, in my mind there is a photo-
graph of you.
It sends me wishing on the portals of time, wishing
i was yours and you were mine and we were together.
But our love like this mornings sunrise or yesterdays
sunset is never more
Yet you still control my thoughts, you still own
my heart. Image a fool fooling only himself, dec-
eptively deceiving myself into believing that you
want me
Because of the aches and the pains in the present
and the past our love wouldn't last, but i am so in
love with you and i am hoping that you can feel it
to so here is the question i've been tryin to ask
Baby...i spend everyday thinking about you, wishing i
didn't have to be without you. I spend hours at a
time with you on my mind asking myself this question..
what if?
