Story
22 February, 2014
Author: Shan
My whole world is different now
Like it flipped right upsidedown
Ripped up at the seams
Of what I was and how
Sometimes I trip up on my dreams
Finding old apologies
But it's just a tease
No regrets
Every moment, I will seize
As I grow through ages
Changes range and get intense
I remain the same
By never changing my intents
Accepting what's around me
For the beauty it beholds
I let this life surround me
As this story's told
It all began within
I ran it to it's end
Found the mind to leave behind
All the strands that wouldn't mend
There's no need to hide
Who I am is what I've eyed
I wouldn't change a thing
And where I could, I've tried

Shan (66.87.83.86) -- Monday, March 10 2014, 02:40 pm :-) thank you. Someone asked me in the past, to look at my feet.... I did... Then gave them a weird look of 'ah, why have you asked me to do this?' And they said.... 'Because that's exactly where you are supposed to be.' No matter whatwe go through, we are who we are.. And choices put us where we're at. Thanks for the comment!! |
