Immersion
25 February, 2002
Author: Elizabetta
glistening
deep, knowing
calmly running
steady streams
then swirling circles
raging waves
violently tossing
stormy lakes
I want to dive
swim gracefully
float in the leisure they afford
even to drown
far better than
parched, dry
in the dark
kept out of their
inviting darkness
I want to glisten
be moist, damp
soaked
I'll dive in,
free fall
leave land behind
no hesitation
I'll dive in
just let me in
the raging seas
calm ponds
SEE ME!
