I know it was a must for you
To dust the past and view
But all you had to do
Was let it just be THAT to you
With your attitude
A wrath will come after you
Adding to the aftermath
When you look back
You let it capture you
You have no gratitude
For what you had
All those long forgotten facts
About the past
Is all you have
It's sad you have to act
You hypochondriac
As if the things you never had
Are worth twice the life in front of you
I sit and laugh
A lot, in fact
How could you be so lost amongst this crap
You've crossed the line
Not coming back
You're out your mind
Why can't you see
You've never been the quitting kind
Never one to just give in
Every moment is a start
To every others end
At the rate you're at
The facts are in
You'll be dead
Before you let your life begin
Forget the past
Put down the pipe
Live like it's the last
One of its type
Forget the drugs and guilt
It's only dug the hole you've built
Get the hell up off your ass
And LIVE this life you have
