Life

Author: Joseph Ogbonna
Life, uncertain at birth,
tumultuous as Hell
further still, brief as mirth,
yet so sweet as well.
For all the hard work in the nefarious
rays of the scorching Sun, glad momentous
delights sure abound. A daily pittance
gladly earned, will on Divine remittance
of a multiple yield be forwarded.
For every lowly state not regarded,
for every progress in life retarded,
for every vacuum by death created,
A glimmer of ambition, hope and fortitude
would each the void of uncertainty fill.
A tempest storm or cyclone may the magnitude
of problems be, at sunrise shall peace be still.
