Blessed Divergence
10 July, 2015
author: Rebecca Ditch-Hammack (aka Dreamer)
I retreat amongst my thoughts
they come hither and beyond
sometimes no rhyme or reason
just thoughts that choose to unfold
In the peaceful quiet
of solitude well spent
I close my eyes and relax
breathing deep, the day events
Could it be the endless ramblings
of a mind no longer sane
Or just the macabre mutterings
of a passing spirit in my head
I could try to reason it out
or choose to do something else
but sometimes the passing thoughts
are enlightening unto themselves
