You're looking in the sky and you gotta wonder why
Everything you said or did could make you realize
That you life was a waste, now you're in a f*cked up place
You're the biggest piece of trash out of all the human race
Stressed and depressed, but you gotta look your best
There's nothing you could become that stands from the rest
Wading through the lies finally made you realize
That you're gonna die alone, except for all the flies

No one cares, no one tries, what the f*ck's with all the lies?
Everybody shoves you down, they're kicking dirt up in your eyes
You gotta take some time to shine, take this mountain, start to climb
Keep going to the top to leave it all behind
I'll protect you when you're here, I'll protect you when you're near
There's not a thing that's left in life, that you need to fear
You're like the fleeting dream that that I never even had
So I want to save you from the things that made your life this bad

I could see you hurting when I couldn't interfere
Now I'm saying f*ck it all, I'll wash away your fear
When everyone abandoned you, they left you on the curb
Knowing it would warp your mind and force you to disturb
Now you're seeing visions from your past throughout your mind
Would it be so different had you left it all behind?
It's tough but I know that I can see the strength in your soul
We can try to work this world that tried to take it's toll
