Goodbye

You really screwed me over,
You really messed things up.
But oh wait,
You thought your life was so tough.
I can't believe I loved you,
Why did I give you my heart?
When all that you did to it,
Was tear it apart.
You never said I was a burden,
You never said you didn't care.
You never said much of anything,
It's like your heart was never even there.
I never thought I'd be this crazy,
Or that I'd go this far.
I guess I won't have to deal with you,
Or with this life, anymore.
Where I'm going,
It's not too far away.
It's only six feet under ground,
Do you even want me to stay?
I'm finally getting away from you,
You'll finally be in my past.
This world is closing around me,
But you'll be gone, at last.
I know a few might miss me,
But there's so many that don't even care.
I can't live in this shitty place anymore,
Its become more than I could bare.
You won't know I'm leaving,
So I won't see if you cry.
Even if you knew,
Would you even say goodbye?
