Marble Champ
16 December, 2016
Author: Lamar Cole
Very renowned in the neighborhood.
Happy go lucky as a little boy should.
Made his reputation playing in the dirt.
Became marble champ with sharp eye and checkered shirt.
Round pieces of colored glass was his treasure.
His skill knocking those marbles from the circle.
Was beyond the wildest measure.
