Rooster
22 March, 2017
Author: Lamar Cole
One January morning it was snowing.
The rooster wouldn't stop crowing.
Sweetheart and I became very perturbed.
Our sensual sensibilities we didn't want disturbed.
We laid and hoped that old rooster would stop crowing.
He will probably stop when the flower seeds need sowing.
