The Hood
12 August, 2017
Author: Lamar Cole
Amber was raised in the suburbs.
Nice greenery from her front yard to the curb.
She made a wrong turn and ended up in the hood.
She became so frightened that she almost turned into wood.
When Amber came from under her fright spell.
She sped out of the hood like a bat out of hell.
