Yay

Just say nay is a right
It takes time and energy to fight
There are two kinds of hearts
The one that pumps blood
The other where emotions come from
The latter is harder to heal
When wounded or broken
Like a bird's wing
It can no longer soar
Like it did before

Step out on a limb
Is scary as heck
Stepping into the unknown
Is a phobia to some
Who knows what's around the bin?
Who knows what's to come?
Only way to find out is to take risks
Make judgment calls if you dare
Cause not knowing what's around the bin
Will give any phobic a scare

Trying new things,
Launching into the deep
With emotions and conscience
Who gets any sleep?

Who knows what's in a heart
Who can read a spirit
Who understands a soul but God
Self-respect and virtue isn't odd

Who can get inside the mind
Who can know the 5 W's beforehand?
Who knows the soul of man
Who knows God's plan?

The choices made
Determines wherein the bed is laid
Old proverbs make me smile
They never go out of style
Plus there's credence in most
Wisdom that echoes for miles

When it comes to love
There's only One true
That's the one that made
Both me and you

Just having a good time. Don't care about titles too much anymore. Just having fun.
