Got an alias, but still free
Feels good to do whatever whenever
Without extras in their futility
Attempting to change me
Got a rhythm all my own
Motivated without a musician
Freedom tastes like whipped cream
Especially when you're living the dream
Nobodies are happy and free to roam
Like a vagabond with a place to call home
No drama, no miscommunication
No misunderstanding or misinterpretations
No need to walk on eggshells
Cause there's no one there to take offense
No need for one or the other to continue
To explain what's plain common sense
Free to choose without critique
With regards to appearance and physique
Got a life and free to live it my way
Ears open to what all have to say
So that words can go through each
By all means, skip the speech
That's why we practice what we preach
Free to save if
Cause let's face it
Times can make the stiff
Cough up the bread
Rather be in the black than in the red
Enough said
Free to enjoy my youth
Ain't that the truth
While it lasts, cause you never know
It's always something to ruin the flow
But nevertheless, I digress
Hope I don't let chance destroy the glow
