Miles Away
28 December, 2002
Author: Everett
A new year will soon begin.
still miles away.
Riding Phonelines to each other's Voice.
Making new plans for the "future"
I wait days to hear from you.
where are you?
You tell me not to worry,
Well im sorry, I have and i am.
One day I will ask you....
"Will we ever be able to look into each other's eyes?"
Its so hard to do from this lonely place.
Another year of trying my patience has
passed.
I honestly dont know how much longer it will
last. waiting for the phone to ring, minutes...hours pass.
why do i torture myself by waiting?
This isnt where i want to be! but what
can i do?
I'll be here waiting, like i always am.
I'll be here when you get back.
Maybe one day i wont be..
