Unwanted Tears
14 March, 2019
Author: Mental
I wanted to offer
The river my unwanted tears
But it said "I have to much to spare
I don't want to overflow
I don't dare".
Why don't you cry
To the ocean blue
It will suit more
With your salty sea's
It said "To many have i taken,
I don't need anymore please".
Seek the pond
And tell it
You can't go on.
It said "Stay away,
Away from my edges".
Don't kneel at my side
And give me your watery pledges.
