I Love You Mom
18 July, 2019
Author: Eric Engeseth
I hope you can hear me crying your name,
There is a pain in my heart I just can't tame,
I wish you could reach out, let us feel your touch,
A brush of a hand or a spiritual nudge,
I feel you sometimes, hovering just out of sight,
Thinking I might see you, with just the right light,
I know you are there watching over us all,
Always listening whenever we call,
I love you mom.
