The Midnight Blanket
13 April, 2020
Author: Mental
I want the midnight blanket
To protect the mood I'm keeping
To smother the screams deep inside
And dry up the tears I'm weeping.
I would like the void of the
Blackness you are possessing
To be on the event horizon of your dark
And that would be a blessing.
And the waters from your leftover pools
Which are pure from your eyes
Where your essence still exists in your liquid jewels
As I submerge into your sunrise.
