Suicide Eyes

Suicide eyes
Glazed over
Like a frozen lake
That's about to break
Only so much you can take.
Suicide eyes do not shine
Behind those eyes
And inside your head pines.
Sometimes you wish you can
Scratch them away
Until your nails are worn down.
Sometimes its like
An old friend
That welcomes you home
And comforting to the end.
