He Was Once A Badass
2 July, 2021
Author: Shiloh
Mid 70s now... He is a Vietnam Vet.
He cannot move as he once was able to.
He has none of the things he once dreamed of having.
He has learned to live without those things,
but he knows the value of things in his heart,
in his memories,
and what is truly important to him now.
So...
If you meet him in a bar
or on the street,
quietly thank him and wish him well.
Because in his youth, he was a Badass.
