I Dreamed I Was In A Grave

I dreamed i was in a grave
Not in a coffin, not dust to dust
I was trying to keep somebody out
It was a struggle, it was a must.
Shovels off to the side, inside piles of dirt
No kind of moonlight no kind of calm
I was trying to ward off the intruder
We were struggling palm to palm.
Was it where I wanted to be in the earth
Deep inside protected
before our birth?
The dirt surrounding was warm
The enclosed enviroment
Melted all over like a swarm.
