Look Into Your Eyes Unspoken

I look in the rearview mirror
Because it's always in my face
No matter how many times I look
I'm always last in this race.
But if I could correspond
Maybe I could move on
Maybe my world won't tilt so wrong
Or could my past memories
Make it way to long.
When I'm in a thousand dreams
They all lead to you as it seems.
There were times I loved you
When it was way to easy
There were times I loved you
When it was hard
But I'm the loser and you have
The deck with the missing card.
And the day I can look in your eyes unspoken
And in my heart I want you back
But the deck still lays unbroken
Until I put the joker in the stack.
