It's hard to explain for a good while
it's always been the same
never potential always ongoing
life is full of chains
that strangely keeps the world flowing

existence may be remembered if life hasen't taken over
could it be better to listen attentively
or give most things the cold shoulder

translations in the mind are invisible and hard to find
upside down failure has to be success
you shall be relieved of all depression
and aquitted of all stress

problem-solving is a strategy
a powerful mind is a gift
a weak thought is easily added
as minds begin to shift

material is not needed when self is found;
things are threw in our face sometimes
faster than we can frown

bondage is a fright
loneliness is bore
you never know what you will do
when your thoughts begin to soar

whatever path you take
keep your head up high
someday you may look back on your life
and rejoice with a confident sigh
