Rewind
26 October, 2002
Author: J.
this cut from you, that scars on me
the cycle repeated endlessly
i bleed for you, you ignore me
old wounds reopened constantly
you're killing me, im losing you
i suffocate at all of this untrue
blood runs down, the words run through
i'd believed in me through you
ain't losing nothing but time
in you, i had a chance to rewind
you stab deep to peel my layers away
take a look inside, survey this decay
all of this time led up to this day?
how can you just turn and walk away?
the future now just broken dreams
nothing is as it seems
with you i'd just forget about everything
but how can i fly with broken wings?
