Child From Silence
21 October, 2002
Author: J.
a child born from silence, a scream your first word
the doors of love unopened throughout your childhood
why don't you ever get sick of your state of mind?
realize through hate darkened eyes and just rewind
go back in time, back when those eyes caught yours
and then you just looked away and walked out the doors
this love is more than me, more than you can ever be
I found mine a long time ago, now I need you to see
forgive me for the push, this light is yours to find
but just maybe you'll step out of the dark this time
