I'm Right Here

Author: Jill Mackowiak
you climb your mountains,
search your valleys, look over your hills
you seek, and cry out to me
you call out in the night, in your sleep,
you call upon waking, come quickly, you weep.
child, you called out to me and I heard,
you knocked and I opened the doors to you,
you reached out, and I took your hand,
you asked, and I answered.
Now I ask you this:
when I take your hand, when are you going to let me lead you?
when I answer you, when are you going to listen tome?
when I tell you something, when are you going to obey?
when I speak over you, when are you going to to my voice?
when I say your healed, when are you going to walk through it?
when I say your delivered, when are you going to receive the truth?
when I light your path, when are you going to follow my ways?
When I open your eyes, you will see. When I open your ears you will hear.
When I call you, you will come. When I lead you, you will follow.
when I talk to you, you will listen. When I tell you something, you will obey.
When I give you something, you will receive it. When I correct you, you will
know I am your God, and you are my child I love.
Daddy.
Amen.
