The Vigilante
17 September, 2003
Author: Justus Isaiah Richardson
I am the vigilante,
A punisher of men.
An avenger of blood,
I am a killer of sin.
Pray you never meet me
If you choose a life of crime.
'Cause that will be a meeting
you'll experience one time.
To me, you're just a target,
Only prey for my knife.
That's my weapon of choice
For taking your wasted life.
I'll find you in your dark world,
'Cause I'm a creature of the night.
You'll see the glint of my blade,
And then you'll feel its bite.
If you prey on innocents,
In the victims you pursue.
Don't ask when you meet me,
Why I now prey on you.
I am the vigilante,
A punisher of men.
An avenger of blood,
I am the killer of sin.
