Contentment

Things that make you happy are free.
Like parks, geese, fresh air, friends, family.
Spent the day doing things I liked.
Eating lunch in the park,
watched the geese and ducks,
visited family and friends.
Went there to see them the saying
"If the mountain won't come to Mohamid
,then Mohamid will go to the mountain "
is what you have to do sometimes.
It doesn't matter who makes the first move.
As long as someone takes that first step.
You feel better,everyone does.
Making life simple, no stresses, no worries help..
