This Too Shall Pass by KitKatrina

Sometimes I’m a melancholy,
Other times I’m quite jovial,
You couldn’t say that I’m jolly,
All that would be a bunch of bull,
It seems I let go of the present,
But I won’t forget the past,
The past is actually my present,
And my present is really my past,
I can’t let go of this pain,
It’s become apart of me,
Fear is all that I gain,
Happiness will never be,
My guilt is overlapping my pain,
And over and over it goes,
It’s seems that I’m the only one in the rain,
I’m so cold but know one knows,
You will not see me smile,
You will not see me frown,
You will never see me up,
You will only see me down,
You’ll wave to me, but do you care,
Why bother waving at all,
I know that you’ll never be there,
All you’ve done is maul,
I’m done with this and I’m done with you,
My anger is now at its peak,
You better think before you do,
You better think before you speak,
I’ve pulled too many knives out,
And this one will be the last,
I don’t know what this is about,
All I know is this too shall pass.

When you are having a real bad time and something is getting you down, just sit down and say this to yourself, "This too shall pass." That's the honest truth, this pain you feel will pass so just hang in there!

Teacher
Well mt name is Savannah and my teacher from college always tells us this to shall pass if we are having a bad day. So when i saw this poem i said i have to print it and give it to her... and i did and she put in her room for all to see... thanks for putting this up there is really means a lot to me!!
