Love?

A mist of rain and a gust of wind,
Caress my body and soothe my skin,
The grass below tickles my feet,
A feeling of awe and not of defeat,
A branch falls from the tree,
There it sits right next to me,
A snowflake drifts through the sky,
I sit there and just watch it fly,
Thunder rumbles through the night,
A feeling of excitement and not of fright,
What will happen? I don't want to know,
I love this feeling and don't want it to go,
Lightening tears through the night sky,
I sit there and count the seconds that go by,
It's a feeling of not knowing but it feels good,
This feeling wasn't made to be understood,
What is this feeling that scares me so,
I call it love, but love do I know?
Love is patient love is kind,
All these words fill my mind,
Love is a feeling of not knowing at all,
Will we be together or will it all fall?
I don't know, and I love that I don't,
I don't know if I will or if I won't,
What does the word LOVE mean anyway?
Is it just a word for people to say?
Love is a feeling and only meant for one other,
So wait for that person or don't even bother,
Love described in one word to me,
BEAUTIFUL and I hope that's what you see!

The elements of human emotion, very good!

Ben,

Enjoyed this as I did your others. I have seen the misty rain, mixed with a few lonely flakes, as if to challeng each other, to see who will win. Like two hearts, blowing in a Texas Norther, no knowing which way to go. Beautiful portrayal of the elements expressing our human emotions.

Good Work, Mr. Ben!
