Miss Me
20 May, 2003
Author: KristyD.
I'm not who I was,
how can I believe that you care?
When the person you loved,
is no longer there.
Her heart full of gold's been replaced by stone,
and all she wants is to be left alone.
She hid the truth,
afraid how you'd react.
She hid too long,
Now she's never coming back.
She knows that you love her,
but you don't know how it's been.
Surrounded by those she loves,
on the outside looking in.
Don't pretend that you care,
We both know those feelings are no longer there.
I know how you feel,
really I do.
Deep down inside,
I miss me too!.
