Cry for me Venus,
You brought us together,
Cry for me Death,
You took him away,
Cry for me angels,
You’ll never know his love,
Cry for me Gods,
Cry so I won’t have to.

Cry for me world,
For you shunned our love,
Cry for me roses,
For you knew of his beauty,
Cry for me river,
You tasted his essence,
Don’t cry for me lover,
We’ll soon be together.
