They Will Live On

Ugly, brown weeds
Choke up the cracks of sidewalks,
Cracks of nature,
Confidence and human strength.
Nuisance, some say.
But weeds are significant.
They stand alone,
Which is what most cannot do.
Brave-carries no fear
Of being outnumbered.
Doesn't matter
How hard you pull at their roots.
They will live on

Lady Moon (206.214.64.203) -- Saturday, October 4 2003, 02:10 am I really liked this one, it had a sort of ageless yet overpowering tone to it. Good Work! Keep it up, I'm enjoying it so far! LOL |
