When
9 December, 2003

When loneliness has turned to black
And light shall never make it back,
When sadness turns into tears
And life it's self becomes a fear,
When nothing seems to make you smile
And lifes journey seems an endless mile,
When a heart of stone conquers all
And you hide yourself behind a wall,
When nothing seems to dull the pain
Your wrist become red and stained,
When you feel your life slowly sliping away
You think it will finally be o.k.
But When?

Seizure (68.215.129.132) -- Friday, December 12 2003, 04:32 am I can relate to this one... I wish I couldn't... but it was definitely straight and true. Good job. |
Tarna (66.72.30.161) -- Sunday, December 14 2003, 07:09 am I think everytime we get down and depressed we hold on with these thoughts you put to words in this poem. Life sucks and you know it will get better and that knowing gets you through till "when" ever the better times come. Yep I could easily relate... :) |
