Heavy Weights
24 July, 2003
Author: Leah06
You all point and laugh
At that fat person across the street
But you have no idea
What they are trying to beat.
They don't want to be this way
Looking the way they do
Weighing over 200
Wanting to look like you.
Trying to eat healthy
Shedding all those pounds
Counting all those calories
It's not as easy as it sounds.
Being teased and laughed at
Because they are over weight
Never being able to fit into cloths
Never being asked out on a date.
Hating food
Hating the selves for eating it
But when not eating
Feeling like s**t.
Always having to work out
So you can suck it further in
So you aren't so loose and flabby
Having to call it extra skin.
Never being accepted
For what you really are
Hoping to loose weight
Wishing upon a star.
Stepping on that scale
To see what they lost that week
Only to gain more weight
The tears begin to leak.
Laying in bed in tears
Because of what they face each day
All the dirty looks
What people say.
Knowing what they are
Knowing that they are right
Determined to loose those pounds
But again loosing the fight.
So when you point and laugh
At the overweight people you see
Remember that I am one of them
You could be laughing at me.
