People's Feelings
19 February, 2003
Author: Barbara Goodhew
When writing something be kind.
Say things that people don't mind.
What you think is cute and harmless.
May hurt and make them feel worthless.
What you think is good,
May put somebody in a bad mood.
It hurt that what I thought was special.
Was taken the wrong way.
Be careful what you write.
Others might not take it right.

Capricorn (62.30.217.106) -- Thursday, February 27 2003, 12:36 am I suppose we all think differently Barb. However, perhaps this person was being a bit over-sensitive! Don't upset yourself, you meant well not harm. |
Martin Vann (65.57.61.136) -- Friday, February 28 2003, 06:24 pm Barbara; You nailed me good! with this honest view. I always want to be sincere and honest when I speak/write with words. However, sometimes, they are the devil's tools. This is a good time for me to apoligize to anyone who ever thought that my words were rude or crule. Thanks Barbara, I feel a lot better, thanks to You! MartinV |
