Random Rainbow
19 January, 2003
Author: LinzAy
I didn’t know you were there
I didn’t-but I think maybe my heart did
I didn’t know you held such a love
Or maybe I did but it scared me so I hid
I was so caught off guard
To be swept off my feet so fast
I didn’t know you were behind me ready to hold my heart
Or maybe I did and just had the fear it wouldn’t last
You came so suddenly-your love
A spur of the moment all time high
A love so sudden
Like a random rainbow in the sky

Martin Vann (63.208.61.195) -- Thursday, February 27 2003, 06:55 pm LinzAy (spelled your signature correctly this time.} Hey, if they say they love me, I jump their bones! No, not seriously, I liked your poem and I had this playfull response, sorry. More to the point, love is hard to find, period and sometimes all we really, find, is the rainbow. Even that, will soon vanish, but it was beautiful while it lasted. Thank You, guess I'm in a weird mood today, my normal state, actually. Hope I have not offended you. Truly, I admire your thoughts and respect them, no it may not appear that way today, but I do. MartinV |
LinzAy (64.12.96.45) -- Friday, February 28 2003, 03:47 am No offense taken!! I read the playfulness in your comment...now that i somewhat know you through your words. And yes love is very hard to find....considering i havent yet found it! And for a while there finding someone that actually cared about me and really truely liked me was hard to find too....but i've got that now. And weird moods are always funnest! especially if that's who you are! Glad you liked the poem! |
