Crying and begging for you not to give up, not to go
But I've realized now you're holding on for only me
Because you love your mommy so

That we must work together as a team

I've come to grips with the fact
That you're forever going to stay so ill
So please go be pain free in that wonderful place
A void in Heaven you'll definitely fill
Although I'll miss you more than you'll ever know

Thanx Everett!! Yea....i also felt a little sad after reading it. Because of the fact that people actually do have to tell someone they love so much what is basically said up there. But it mostly made me sad after i reread it a few times bc i realized my grandma didn't let go until my dad talked to her in coma like state and told he knew it was time for her to go and that it was ok to. This poem made my Dad cry...

Here i am with tears in my eyes. I just cant imagine how it would be to be in that situation. And how your dad must of felt...aw, i love you and your family!
