Mystic Love
26 March, 2004
Author: Del
There's nothing I wouldn't do for you.
You're sweeter than the taste of honey.
I wouldn't stop loving you, my sweet,
For any amount of money.
Your slow passionate loving,
Makes my happy heart sing,
As melodious as the song birds
When they first greet the spring.
I hug my pillow every night,
Pretending you're here with me.
Hoping that maybe in my dreams
Your sweet loving face I'll see.
Making believe is something I cherish.
Dreams are not under my control.
I fantasize that we're making love
And I'm giving you my heart and soul.
Maybe God and his angels, way up high
Got together and sent you to me.
There's no explanation for this mystic love,
But it makes me feel so lovin' and carefree
