My Life ~ Dear Mommie
29 April, 2002
Author: Lisa Anne
I've been searching for a meaning to My Life...
Because your words, Dear Mommie, they cut me like a knife
You tell me that you Love me and that you wanted me...
But, my Dear Mommie, that's just not what I see
Still I keep on hoping, looking, waiting and yes, trying...
Ever since I was a little girl, Dear Mommie, for your Love I have been crying
You were always somewhere else, taking care of everyone...
Do you ever stop to think, Dear Mommie, about what it is that you have done
Emotionally, you've left me terribly scarred...
For My Life, Dear Mommie, it is that you have marred!
