New Meaning
23 May, 2002
Author: Lisa Anne
She cried out for you...But you were not there
Where had you gone...How could you dare
She trusted you with her Heart...
But you tore her world all apart
"Together Forever," is what you had said
Then you played games with her head
It's been years since the night that she thought she would die...
You left her alone, without even saying 'Good-bye'
Most days were hard for her, it's true...
She had to learn to live without you
And now her life has new meaning, you see
She no longer waits by the phone patiently!
