Realizing

Author: Barbara Goodhew
Spend all day writing my feelings down.
Reading other peoples up's and downs.
I'm not the only one that is a mess.
Others feel like they are helpless.
This may sound strange but it makes life better to manage.
Knowing others have the same fears and have bodies that
are damaged.
All the diseases and accidents brought us all here.
I like to think everything happens for a reason.
Found my reason, hope you found yours.
To all that have given me support and inspiration thank-you

Capricorn (62.30.192.1) -- Wednesday, November 13 2002, 10:40 am A very well written poem Barb.Your words are so true! We all have our problems,or diseases and fears.Writing down how we feel helps in some way to come to terms with our feelings. There is so much emotional pain expressed here, it makes us realise we are not alone, which helps! We're like one big family sharing our pain together. Keep on writing! |
