Missing You

The quietness of your voice
The touch of your hand
The smile on your face
Makes me miss you even more
The way you made me laugh
The way we took a chance
The way we could talk about anything
Makes me miss you even more

Your inconsistency to call
Your disappointing falls
Your misunderstanding ways
Makes me wonder why I miss you at all

The way you can tell me one thing
And do another
Shouldn't it make you feel horrible
Even at all

You said you loved me
And I gave you a chance
The way you hurt me
I shouldn't miss you at all

I deserve to be loved more than you can give
I deserve to be treated better than this
You deserve what's coming to you
Even if I'm still missing you

I can go one without you
I hope you can't live without me
Because that's the way it's supposed to be
Not me still wanting you
And you not wanting me

I can't seem to go on and maybe
You shouldn't either
Maybe it should be the other way around
Then maybe you could feel the way I do
And miss me the way I'm missing you
