Armageddon
9 December, 2003
Author: Maddy
The sun goes out
The sky goes gray
The world won’t last
Another day
As they watch it all happen
Their faces go pale
Compared to this power
They seem so frail
Their faces go blank
Their skin loses its tone
And into the fire
The sinners are thrown
Judgment day
All hope is lost
You are no longer
Your own boss

Lady Eryemil (152.163.252.67) -- Monday, March 22 2004, 01:55 am Bless the Spirit I'm a Pagan ^_^ I really think I'd rather watch when the baddies are sent to hell. They say it's hot there this time of the year. |
Whoever I am (24.75.97.125) -- Friday, December 17 2004, 02:31 am This is good, but at the end it loses the seriousness that it had throughout the body of the poem, if thats what you wanted, so be it, but I think it takes away from an otherwise very good poem. If you want to bring it to the next level, especailly becasue its about hell, bring out a biblical refrence or two... |
